Do you recruit hourly employees?
Old Line Recruiting accepts résumés from hourly hospitality professionals and may assist with hourly searches based on client needs, location, hiring volume, and agreement.
How are recruiting fees determined?
Fees depend on the search, position, compensation, urgency, exclusivity, and agreed structure. Terms are documented in a signed agreement before recruiting begins.
Do candidates pay a fee?
No. Candidates do not pay for recruiting services.
Will my résumé be sent without my knowledge?
No. We discuss the specific opportunity and obtain permission before submitting your résumé.
Will you contact my current employer?
Not without your authorization.
Do I need to be actively job hunting?
No. Many candidates begin with a confidential conversation while still employed.
Can I decline an opportunity?
Yes. You are never obligated to interview or accept a position.
Can you conduct a confidential search?
Yes. Confidential searches use a clear communication and disclosure plan to protect sensitive information.
How quickly will candidates be presented?
Timing depends on the position, compensation, geography, required experience, candidate availability, and client responsiveness. Quality takes priority over arbitrary résumé deadlines.
