Jennifer Mummert brings experience in executive support, corporate recruiting operations, office management, hospitality leadership, human resources support, hiring, training, payroll, bookkeeping, client service, marketing, and business ownership.
Her recruiting-industry experience includes supporting the corporate headquarters of a top national hospitality recruiting company, where she worked closely with executive leadership, corporate clients, franchisees, and recruiters.
Her hospitality background includes restaurant management, bar management, employee training, scheduling, hiring, labor management, inventory, guest service, cash handling, and daily restaurant operations.
Jennifer has also owned and managed service-based businesses, giving her firsthand experience with client relationships, employee coordination, marketing, scheduling, financial administration, and business growth.
